rogue resist is our beginner-friendly, stripped-back take on rhythmic spin. expect intentional choreography, steady builds, and plenty of guidance along the way. perfect if you’re new to spin, easing back in, or want to deepen your skills.

rush

intricate combos, fresh choreography, and seamless transitions that challenge coordination and control. this class builds on the foundations of rhythm and asks a little more of you.

designed for experienced riders. if you’re new to spin, we recommend starting with rhythm before jumping into rush.

strength (rep)

we work in a small group of 8 to help focus on each individual in the class. you’ll use a combination of dumbbells, bands, and more. focused sets, progressive overload, and building strength intentionally.

strength (roform)

our new hybrid strength + mobility class, pairing lifts with pilates-inspired mobility work for better range of motion, stability, and performance.
