intricate combos, fresh choreography, and seamless transitions that challenge coordination and control. this class builds on the foundations of rhythm and asks a little more of you.

pilates
pilates is a low-impact exercise method that focuses on strengthening your core, improving flexibility, and promoting balanced muscle development. Whether you're a beginner or experienced, our pilates classes are designed to help you build strength, enhance posture, and increase body awareness.
strength (rep)
we work in a small group of 8 to help focus on each individual in the class. you’ll use a combination of dumbbells, bands, and more. focused sets, progressive overload, and building strength intentionally.
strength (roform)
our new hybrid strength + mobility class, pairing lifts with pilates-inspired mobility work for better range of motion, stability, and performance.
barre
a low-impact, high-intensity class that blends pilates, strength, and small controlled movements to improve stability, posture, and overall strength — no dance experience required.
