my Vinyasa classes offer a dynamic, breath-synchronized flow that builds heat and energy through creative sequencing and fluid transitions. you’ll develop strength, flexibility, balance, and cultivate flow state.
my recovery flow class is a blend of slow flow and deep stretching. it’s a grounding, intentional practice that softens tension in both body and mind; accessing deeper tissues and supporting nervous system reset.
